IPS introduces to the training market in security services, a concept that is completely innovative, effective, and accurate. This training is intended for:

IPS has an innovative development of our work system denominated “CTES” (Continuous Training and Evaluation System). Through this system, we give maintenance to the knowledge acquired in a 12-month period with the purpose of applying learned skills in an instinctive fashion.

Normally, the current security training market in security offers short-term courses in a single level; IPS provides courses with several complexity Levels: BASIC, INTERMEDIATE, ADVANCE AND INSTRUCTOR LEVELS.

During the length of time between each course, our instructors perform every month a strict training using the learned skills with each student. In this training the instructors create different case scenarios or crisis situations according to every course. An evaluation is performed for each skill that has been taught at each level, monitoring the progress of each participant. In addition, the time period between each training course is used by the students to keep working in the improvement of the areas in which their performance was not met according to the required standards.

Credit is given in courses and trainings according to the course that is being taken. The student should attain a minimum of credits to be able to enter the Advance level.

This system transforms IPS into the first Academy that offers security courses following procedures used at the most important Universities in the world.
